Where are the products made and shipped from?
All items are made to order and shipped directly from our production partners overseas, with quality control managed by our team. This allows us to create custom, high-quality merch - not mass-produced stock.

Do you offer samples?
Yes! We can create a sample product for you to review before committing to a bulk order. From concept to delivery, a sample takes around 10 days.

How long will my order take?
Our typical turnaround time is around 6 weeks, which includes:

  • 2 weeks for design and edits

  • 4 weeks for production and shipping
    We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes - although we’reΒ based in New Zealand, we proudly support groups and customers worldwide. Shipping costs and timelines may vary depending on location.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Buy Now Pay Later options (subject to availability in your region).

Is delivery free?
